Sustainability at ISMAC

Our commitment

1. Inclusion, Equal Opportunities & Non-Discrimination

ISMAC is home to students from over 20 nationalities across our two Paris campuses. That diversity is one of our greatest strengths and one we actively protect.

Every student should feel welcome, respected, and supported, regardless of where they come from, what they believe, or what their personal circumstances may be.

Our commitments:

  • Equal access to education for all students
  • A zero-tolerance policy on discrimination and harassment of any kind
  • Gender equality throughout the school community
  • Full inclusion for students with disabilities or specific learning needs

Both campuses are fully accessible to students with reduced mobility. If you have a specific need whether academic, physical, or related to exam arrangements our team will work with you directly to find the right solution.

2. Student Well-being & Mental Health

We know that student life is not always easy. Managing a full academic workload, building a new social life, and navigating personal challenges can all happen at the same time. At ISMAC, no student has to face that alone.

Our administrative and academic teams are accessible and approachable throughout the year for questions about courses, administrative matters, or anything more personal. All staff speak English, so language is never a barrier.

Mental health

If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply need to talk to someone, please reach out. We will listen and help connect you with the right support.

All students studying in France also have free access to:

  • Nightline France : a free, confidential student-run helpline, available in English and French by phone and chat: nightline.fr
  • 3114 : the French national mental health crisis line, available 24/7
  • BAPU : free sessions with psychologists and psychiatrists, covered by French student health insurance

You do not need to wait until things feel serious. Reaching out early is always the right choice.

3. Education for Sustainable Development

Responsible business thinking is embedded in what we teach. Across our programmes, students engage with corporate social responsibility, ethical leadership, and the environmental impact of business decisions not as an add-on, but as a core part of how we think about management.

We want our graduates to enter their careers with strong professional skills and a genuine awareness of the world they are working in.

4. Campus Life & Intercultural Exchange

Life at ISMAC goes well beyond lectures and deadlines. We regularly organise events that bring students together celebrating different cultures, encouraging creativity, and building a real sense of community across both campuses.

When you join ISMAC, you join a diverse, active, and genuinely international student community.

5. Environmental Responsibility

We are mindful of our environmental footprint and take concrete steps to reduce it:

  • Course materials are provided digitally to limit paper use
  • Waste sorting and recycling are in place on both campuses
  • We encourage energy-conscious habits among both students and staff
  • We regularly review our practices and look for ways to improve as our school grows

6. Responsible Governance

ISMAC’s leadership makes decisions with both people and principles in mind. We are committed to transparency, fairness, and continuous improvement in line with French law and European standards on social and environmental responsibility.
