Caroline Bresson has extensive experience working in organizations that combine international activities and consulting in multicultural environments.
She served as Deputy Director of International and European Affairs at the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce. In this role, she established and oversaw all services dedicated to business leaders in the Île-de-France region.
She then worked as an associate professor in the international department at the University of Paris 8, before taking over the management of ISMAC, a higher education institution.
She also teaches at ISMAC as an associate professor.
ISMAC students are trained to work in international environments. Their education includes not only language studies but also cultural understanding, diverse methodologies, and various systems, with a particular focus on Asia.
